• Meet collegial and like minded Women’s Forum West travelers who seek to share their joy of theatre at the extraordinary Ashland Theatre Festival.
• Members of the Oregon Forum will join us for some of the festivities
• Hotel Space and tickets in Ashland’s high season are very limited.
• TWENTY SPACES ARE Available ON A FIRST COME BASIS; DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE SPACE.
• Guests are welcome if any spaces are left after member sign up
• Approximate cost $600-$700 depending on number of plays (2 or 3) and final details.
• Reservation deadline: March 1,2010
$300 Deposit (refundable until May 15, 2010)
Balance due: May 15, 2010.
• Cost includes 2 nights’ accommodations at The Plaza Inn located within walking distance of the theatres.
• Price assumes two people to a room, 2 plays, 2 very special dinner events, 2 breakfasts, 4 to a car for the 6 hour ride to Ashland, backstage tour plus other engagements with actors and directors.
• Members can choose to make their own arrangements to fly ( $100 cost credit) and to extend their stay
• Play Choices include: Merchant of Venice, Hamlet, Pride and Prejudice, American Nights, Ruined, She Loves Me, Henry IV, Part One
• Activities with the Oregon Forum are in planning stages
• Optional activities include river rafting; excursion to Jacksonville gold rush town with history, dining and shopping (extra cost)

Deborah Messemer serves as the Managing Partner of the San Francisco

Barbara previously served as Chief Administrative Officer of Silicon Valley Bank and as a Board member of New Resource Bank of San Francisco.
Dr. Jay Williams is an acclaimed physiologist and medical nutritionist, author, researcher, and health and wellness consultant. Dr. Williams – most recently recognized for her workshops on the science of stress reduction and biofeedback – has dedicated most of her career to researching the optimal methods for combining physical health with emotional and energetic harmony.
Adrienne Horn is founder and president of Museum Management Consultants, Inc. The firm, established in 1987, helps museums to be more strategic about being valuable resources in their communities. Adrienne has been a speaker, graduate level instructor and mentor to many entering museum professionals.
