Topic: Mary will give an update on the economic and financial sector recovery -- where we are today and what we can expect going forward. You can expect a lively and interesting presentation.
As only 30 people are allowed in the vaults, there is a firm limit of 30 for the tour. First 30 to sign up will be eligible for the Vault tour. Members will have priority for the 30 spaces for the tour until March 1 after which guests will be eligible to join the tour list space permitting.
If you do not plan to take the tour, please advise Wayne so we can make room for others. The price is the same if you choose not to do the tour.
Cost -- $45 per person for the tour and lunch. Lunch will be a preset salad and dessert.
Security -- We will need the names of all participants no later than noon on March 15. Because of security requirements, there are no walk ins. If you aren't on the list, you will not be admitted.
Cancellations made prior to WFW incurring charges for an event will be fully refunded (minus credit card processing charges). After that date, if a member can find a replacement, charges will be fully refunded (minus credit card processing charges). Otherwise, there will be no refunds.
Parking:
The Russ Building Garage. Entrances on Bush (one way eastbound) or on Pine (one way westbound) between Kearney and Montgomery. From Kearney, turn right on Bush street and the entrance to the garage is on the left about 2/3 of the way down the block. (If you cross Montgomery Street you've gone too far.) Coming from Pine, the garage entrance is on the left almost immediately after you cross Montgomery. If you get in to the garage by 7:30 the maximum charge is $21.
(Otherwise, it's $31!) If you park there, walk down Bush to Sansome, turn left on Sansome and go 1/2 block to 155 Sansome. The City Club is on the 10th Floor.
Another alternative is the Bank of America Building, which has entrances on California and Pine. If you park there, walk down Pine to Sansome, turn right on Sansome and go 1/2 block to the City Club building.
Less expensive but farther away is the Sutter Stockton garage. If you park there you would walk down Sutter to Sansome and then go left on Sansome one and 1/2 blocks to the City Club.
